He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph, Sr. Hudak and Mary Hudak (Urban); and his sister MaryAnn Caccese. He is survived by: his wife Judith A. Hudak (Anderson); his children, Lisa Loose (Justin), Debra McDonough (William) and Steven Hudak (Rhonda); his grandchildren, Joey, Kaylin, Shane, Alyssa, Ema and Zoe; and his brother David Hudak. He is also survived by Many loving nieces and nephews.
