He was predeceased by: his parents, John Hayick and Anna Hayick (Polash); and his siblings, Velma, Charles and John Jr..
He is survived by: his wife Blanche R. Hayick (Sterling); his sons, Joel S. (Tina) of Mohnton and Scott A. (Allison) of Wernersville; and his grandchildren, Kayla, Alayna, Dylan, Jared and Trey.
