He was predeceased by: his parents, Catherine (Templin) and John J. Wells, Sr.; his daughter Ann; his siblings, Patricia Gring and Dennis; and his sisters-in-law, Molly Gery and Ann Stezpflug.
He is survived by: his children, Margaret (Sinking Spring), Mary (late Brian Hiestand), Michael (Sinking Spring), Patrick (Diane), Karen (Cory Gilmer) and Kevin (Tammy); his grandchildren, Ryan, Jonathan, Tyler, Hayley, Andrew, Lauren, Colin, Ethan, Renee, Amber and Cheyenne; his sister Sharon Tucci; his parents-in-law, Alfred Myatt, Mickey Melnizek and Theresa Bender; and his significant other Angel.
