She was loved and cherished by many people including: her grandmother Joanne 'Nona Elizabeth McCready; her parents, Joseph Shields and Mary Shields; her husband Gerald; her children, Kendall, Nolan, Curran and Evan; her grandchildren, Patrick, Annalise, Reagan, Adelaide, Killian, Reid, Finnian and Callum; and her sisters, Patricia, Kathryn and Marie.
In honor of the 12 years she spent as a dedicated member of the Wyomissing Area School Board, the family requests that donations be made to the Wyomissing Area Education Foundation (re: Joanne McCready - https: //http://www.wyoarea-foundation.org) in lieu of flowers.
