She was predeceased by: her parents, Fabian Zawistowski and Helen Zawistowski (Magdon). She is survived by: her husband John J. Kuzio; her daughters, Monique Valbuena of Glencoe, IL, Mylene Valbuena (Justin) of Chandler, AZ and Erica Ademski (Dan) of Spicewood, TX; her stepson Robert Kuzio of Reading; and her grandchildren, Quentin, Luke, Anya, Isabella, Magdon and Malanna.
