She was predeceased by: her parents, Edna R. Strubing (Kennedy) and James W. Strubing; her husband Arthur J. Hornberger; and her grandson Wesley Mekeel. She is survived by: her daughters, Cheryl A. Williams Mt (Lionel), DeeDee R. Kellum (Jim) and Eileen S. H. Thompson (Craig); her sister Betty Jane Oswald of Laureldale, PA; her grandchildren, Lance Mekeel (Sarah), Marieke, Morgan Williams, Keegan and Quinlan Thompson; and her great grandchildren, Gabriel and Claire Mekeel.
