She was predeceased by: her husband Mahlon Black; her parents, Kenneth McLean and Virginia McLean (Weller); and her siblings, Jack, Bonnie and Pat.
She is survived by: her children, Dean P. Black, Kenneth M. Black and Connie L. Dietrich; and her grandchildren, Brandy, Roni and Shelby. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
