With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James Aikman (West Reading, Pennsylvania), born in Mattoon, Illinois, who passed away on January 1, 2019. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Connie Aikman (Ellis); his parents, Eugene J. Aikman and Harriet M. Aikman (Ellison); his brother Eugene Aikman; his sister-in-law Betty Aikman; and his children, Alan (Tina Aikman, Dauphin), Catherine L. Aikman (Kenneth Focht, Needham), Sarah J. Aikman (West Lawn) and Anthony G. (Marisa Aikman, Wyomissing). He was also cherished by 10 grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
