He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Moyer and Helen Moyer (Ciabatoni). He is survived by: his wife Elaine Moyer (Bruda); his children, Christopher Moyer of Davenport, IA, Stephen Moyer of Los Angeles, CA and Tasha Beatty (Cullen) of San Diego, CA; his granddaughter Willa Ann Moyer; and his siblings, Thomas Moyer (Barbara) and Pamela Buynovsky (late Steve Buynovsky).

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be offered to a charity of choice.
