He was predeceased by: his parents, Ruth Holtzman and Warren Holtzman. He is survived by: his wife Toni Holtzman; his sons, Matt Holtzman (Laura) and Mark Holtzman (Beth); his grandchildren, Henry and Sadie; and his sister Joyce Aukamp (William).
