She was predeceased by: her mother Alda High; her husband Ronald Szurgot; her daughter Kristin Shaffer; and her brother Richard Palcak. She is survived by: her children, Ronald Szurgot (Jean) of Shillington and Reine Moyer (Frank) of Birdsboro; and her brother Robert Palcak of Reading. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and five great-grandsons.
