It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gary Bowers (West Reading, Pennsylvania), born in Reading, Pennsylvania, who passed away on May 21, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry L. Bowers and Mary L. Bowers (Yost); and his brother Joe Bowers. He is survived by: his wife Donna R. Bowers (Devine); his children, Linda (Kerry Quimby) of Sinking Spring and Robert Bowers of Sinking Spring; his grandson Christopher Keller of Philadelphia; and his siblings, Gene (Debbie Bowers), Janice (Richard Konnick), Bonnie (Tom Perlacki) and John (Lori Bowers). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Gary's family asks that donations in his memory be made to Penn State Health College of Medicine and specifically marked for Dementia research.
