Elizabeth Kostrab Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elizabeth Kostrab (West Reading, Pennsylvania), born in Wilkes Barre, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 14, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband John F. Kostrab; her parents, Dominic Chernyl and Anna Chernyl (Fedorczak); and her siblings, Timothy, Joseph and Anna Wanat.
She is survived by: her children, Charlotte Thiry (Thomas Thiry) of Stevens, Maureen J. Odenwelder (W. Daniel Odenwelder) of Shillington and John "Jack" R. Kostrab of Shillington; her grandchildren, Jason Thiry (Becky Thiry), Joel Thiry (April Thiry), John Odenwelder and Heather Oldenwelder; her great grandchildren, Emily, Bryson Thiry, Saige and Iris Thiry; and her brother Theodore "Teddy" Chernyl (Jean Chernyl) of Wilkes-Barre.
