She was predeceased by: her parents, Ella Sweet (Manko) and Joseph Sweet; her husband Joseph Bulcavage; her daughter Christa Zimmerman; her grandson Erik Zimmerman; and her siblings, John Sweet and Jean Guiles.

She is survived by: her children, Doris (Frank Yurich), Jean (Gordon Treisbach), Mark and Philip; her grandson Evan Bulcavage; and her brother Michael Beidler.

As an alternate to flowers, memorial contributions to the American Heart Association or the St Jude Children's Research Hospital would be appreciated.
