She was predeceased by: her husband Otto H. Hoffmann; her parents, Theodor Rick and Anna Rick (Klaus); her son Robert; and her daughter-in-law Cheryl Hoffmann.
She is survived by: her children, Elisabeth, Monika Bazis (Ronald), Rosemary Cahill (late L. Robert), Matthew Hoffmann Sr. (Cindy), Michael Hoffmann (Kim), Rita Behrenshausen (Kurt) and Mark Hoffmann (Tanya); her grandsons, David and Brian Golembiewski; and her children, Russell Cahill, Amber Carvalho, Mandy, Erin Follweiler, Bryn, Justin and Andrea Behrenshausen. She is also survived by her nieces, nephews.
