He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Charles Troutman and Eleanor E. Noll; his children, Donna Keefe (John) of Sea Girt, NJ and Michael Troutman (Beth) of Menomonee Falls, WI; his grandchildren, Carolyn, James Troutman, Shannon, Erin and Katie Keefe; and his sister Darlene Troutman.
Visitation was held on Thursday, March 13th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Edward J. Kuhn Funeral Home, Inc. (739 Penn Ave, West Reading, PA 19611). A funeral service was held on Thursday, March 13th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in his memory may be made to his church, St. John's Reformed Church, 4001 W Penn Ave, Reading, PA 19608.
