He was predeceased by: his wife Doris Anne Noga (Ganter); his parents, Stephen Noga and Mary A. Noga (Krusczewski); and his daughter Kathleen "Kathy" Noga. He is survived by: his son Dr. Robert E. Noga (Carol); and his grandchildren, Lauren, Erin and Robert.
