She was predeceased by: her husband John Mazurkiewicz; her daughter Cindy Fake; and her brothers, Robert and Jack Braun. She is survived by: her children, Mark A. Mazurkiewicz (MaryJane) of Jacksonville and Debra L. (Gus Tellis) of Pottstown; her grandchildren, Justyn Fake (Lynn), Trevor Fake (Brianna), Katie, John, Anna and Karli; her great grandchildren, Lilly, Leah, Anika and Ariella; and her sister Nedra Tress (Marshall).
