He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin Bensing and Emily Bensing (Hill); and his brother Neil A. Bensing. He is survived by: his wife Geraldine R. (Witman); his children, Thomas D. Bensing of Reading and Suzanne H. Bensing of Frederick, MD.; and his niece Betty Swavely of Pottstown.
