She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester Gapinski and Anna Gapinski (Stanislawczyk); and her brother Joseph Gapinski. She is survived by: her husband Michael Terefenko Jr.; her sons, Dr. Kevin Terefenko (Christi) and Chad Terefenko (Emily); and her grandchildren, Benjamin, Lukas, Ryleigh, Locklyn and Tobyn.
