He was predeceased by: his wife Carol Ann Wagner (Evans); his parents, Winfield Scott Wagner and Carrie R. Wagner (Bortz); and his brothers, Winfield Scott Wagner, Jr. and Robert LeRoy Wagner.
He is survived by: his daughters, Penny A. Kohl (Himmelberger) of Denver and Lisa L. Goodhart (David L. Goodhart) of Mohnton; and his grandsons, David A. Kohl (Taylor Kohl), Timothy Allen Goodhart and Todd David Goodhart (Justine Goodhart). He is also survived by his 7 great grandchildren.
