She was predeceased by: her father Franklin W. Lantz, Sr.; her stepfather Daniel Klahr; and her siblings, William Klahr and Daphne Moyer. She is survived by: her mother Louise M. Klahr of Sinking Spring; her son Jeffrey Allen of Sinking Spring; her granddaughters, Katie Allen, Jeannine Allen, Ella Allen and Eva Hoffman; and her siblings, Franklin Lantz, Jr. of New Hampshire, Diane Klahr Arndt of Leesport, Nevin Klahr of Sinking Spring, Teresa Lantz, Scott Lantz, Christine Lantz, Tina Lantz, Troy Lantz and Sarah Lantz.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Animal Rescue League of Berks County or the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF).
