She was predeceased by: her husband Elmer Robert Hottenstein; her parents, Lacy Dean and Kathryn Heavener (Ruddell); her brother James D. Heavener; and her sisters-in-law, Una Heavener, Mary Ulrich and Anna Mae Hottenstein.
She is survived by: her nieces, Eileen Cirulli and Marlene Adams; and her nephew Mark Ulrich.
