It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Benjamin Van Leer Jr. (West Reading, Pennsylvania), who passed away on April 26, 2021, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Marion (Smiglewski); his parents, Benjamin Van Leer Sr. and Virginia Grace (Greenwood); and his siblings, Joseph Van Leer and Virginia (Fiorucci).
He is survived by: his siblings, Edwin, Joan (Livingston) and Raymond; his sons, Benjamin Van Leer III (Barbara Ann) and John Van Leer Sr. (Linda); his grandchildren, Barbara Ann Hudrick (Joe), Patricia Ann Jones (Matt), Jonathan Van Leer (Megan), Nathan Van Leer (Becca), Jessica Van Leer (Brian) and John Van Leer Jr. (Nicole); and his great grandchildren, Calleigh, Jaxson, Fynn, Jacob, Eliza, Chase and Peyton.
