She was predeceased by: her husband Robert W. Cook, Sr.; her parents, Newton S. Miller and Arlene M. Miller (Kromer); her son Robert W. Cook Jr.; and her siblings, Maureen L. Kromer, Larry T. Miller and Allen C. Miller.
She is survived by: her daughter Maureen L. Cook (Albert Zuest); her grandsons, Justin M. and Robert A.; and her great grandchildren, Jace, Scarlett, Ronald L. Miller and Donald L. Miller.
