Churchman of Leesport, PA; his children, Phyllis Churchman-Boyd (Henry) of Wilmington, DE and James Alphonso Churchman of Mohnton, PA; his granddaughter Sydney Boyd of Chicago, IL; and his cousins, Debra Woodhouse-Brent of Chicago, IL and Linwood Woodhouse of Decatur, GA. He is also survived by sisters-in-law, cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
