She was predeceased by: her husband Eugene D. Hammill; her parents, Vito Russo and Santa Bartolotto Russo; her son-in-law Mark LaPorte; and her siblings, Sarah Russo, Catherine Lutecki, Joseph Russo and Benjamin Russo.
She is survived by: her daughter Judith LaPorte-Durling (Eugene); her siblings, Vita Russo and Vito Russo of Pittston; and her grandchildren, Jeremy (Carissa LaPorte), Matthew (Lyndsie LaPorte), Exeter and Zoe LaPorte. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
