He is survived by: his children, Karen Vavrek (Joseph), Harding, Thomas Polacheck (Cheryl), West of Wyoming, Joan Vavrek (Michael), Stephen Polacheck (Tracy), Susan Larose (Mark) and NJ; his grandchildren, Diane (Lee), Joseph, Matthew, Rachel (Chris), Jessica, Haley, Alexa, Stephen, Jonathan and Frances; and his great grandchildren, Eames, Elijah and Hannah. He is also survived by sister.
