She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis Kashuda and Eleanor Kirvalavich Kashuda; her husband John Dominic Ciampi; and her brother Francis Kashuda. She is survived by: her daughters, Donna L. Ciampi and Sandra Jacobs (John); her grandchildren, Ashlee Jacobs (Justin Smith), Travis Jacobs and Nicholas Jacobs; her great grandchild Wesley Smith; and her siblings, Gerry Kashuda (Janet), Maryanne Paieski (Larry) and Mark Kashuda (Theresa). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
