He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Koshinski and Linda Gehling Koshinski; his brother Jeff Koshinski; his aunt Suzanne Boyle; and his uncle George Gehling.
He is survived by: his siblings, Teresa Smith (Charles Jr.) and James Koshinski. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins.
The family requests, in lieu of flowers, that donations be sent to Medexpress Urgent Care in Wilkes-Barre, 677 Kidder St., Suite D, for the care of the family.
