He was predeceased by: his parents, Jasper L. Kirkland Sr. and Hattie Mae Kirkland (Holland); and his former wife Linda Bray. He is survived by: his wife Mary Lou Kirkland (Hancock); his daughters, Karen Luff (David) of West Pittston, Kimberly Lombardo (Tony) of Avoca and Kara Knight (Ron Bulford) of Harding; and his siblings, Eugene Kirkland (Brenda), JoAnne Holland (Hugh) of Florida, Annette Paralta of Florida and Janette Griffin of Florida. He is also survived by his 11 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren.
