She was predeceased by: her parents, Jacob Kotch and Catherine Jayma Kotch of Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania.; her husband John Evanchick of Wilkes-Barre; and her siblings, Mary Wychock, Catherine Humphreys, Dolores Kane and Jacob Kotch.
She is survived by: her children, Carolyn Evanchick, John Evanchick Jr. (Janice) and Dupont; her granddaughter Christine Corbett (Daniel); her children, Robert Evanchick Jr. (Lena), Renee Frank (Brian) and Jessica Iacovazzi (Joseph); and her brother John Kotch. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
