She was predeceased by: her parents, George Malesky and Anna Roushin Malesky; her husband Thomas C. Mazar; her son Thomas W. Mazar; her son-in-law William Ostrowski; and her great grandchild Ian Frey.
She is survived by: her children, Pat Ostrowski, Ric Mazar (Carol) and West of Wyoming. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
