He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernie Russell and Mildred Pyle Russell. He is survived by: his wife Mary Jane Fyffe; his children, Douglas Russell (Heather) of Bessemer, Roger Russell of Lucasville, Lynn Russell of Lucasville, Donna Jordan (Scott) of Lucasville, Mary Ann Tackett of Sunbury and Michele Richards (Rick) of Waverly; and his sister Carolyn Royster of Portsmouth. He is also survived by four grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
