She was predeceased by: her parents, John M. Kromka and Jennie Librizzi Kumrow; her stepfather Robert D. Kumrow; and her sister Doris Herstine. She is survived by: her husband Joseph Exposito; her children, Valerie Romonsky (Walter, Jr.) and Tony Exposito (Jackie); her sisters, Mary Jo "Pudgy" Guy, Josie Milone and Rose Ross; and her grandson Walter Romonsky, III.
