Gasper of West Pittsburg, Pennsylvania, born in Ellwood City, Pennsylvania, who passed away on August 11, 2020, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Vincent T. Sr. Gasper and Margaret Gasper (Eckler). He is survived by: his children, Justin Gasper (Amber) of Martinsburg, WV, Jason Gasper of Pittsburgh, PA, Arvada Morrissey (Jeff) of Springfield, MO and Erin Bell. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
