She was predeceased by: her parents, Constantino "Stanley" and Lucia "Lucy" Severino (LaGorga); and her husband Norbert J. Parlak. She is survived by: her children, Michael Parlak (Karen) of Connellsville and Beth Ann Mihalchik (Robert) of West Newton; her grandchildren, Nicole Wtorkiewicz (Kyle Soflak), Devon Wtorkiewicz, Nick Keller (Beth), Jenn Lott (Jaron), Ben Keller and Michael Parlak Jr.; her great grandchildren, Frank, Sir Anthony, Linkon, Raigan, Ashlyn, Julianna and Keegan; her sister Margaret Lamanna (Joe) of Ohio; and her sister-in-law Charlotte Mitrick (Paul). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
