He was predeceased by: his father Robert E. Kramer; and his sister Donna Oliver (Chuck). He is survived by: his wife Melanie Kramer; his sons, Benjamin Kramer and Jacob Kramer; his mother Camille Kramer; and his sisters, Linda Kyser (Phil) and Sharon Prater (Tonie). He is also survived by his nephews, nieces, in-laws, cousins, and many dear friends.
