He is survived by: his friend Ed Wirth; his children, Kenneth Law (Molly) of Wisconsin and Andrea Sotzen of Washington; his grandchildren, Weston Law, Chase Johnson, Tristan Sotzen, Brianna Sotzen and Liam Bingham-Nguyen; and his sisters, Barbara Laing (Eri) of West Newton, Beverly Law and Bonnie Johnson. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
