He was predeceased by: his parents, Nicholas J. Burnett and Ethel Burnett (Mann). He is survived by: his wife Doreen "Dee" Burnett (Schuchman); and his children, Gina Long (Jerry) of Jeannette, Nicholas Burnett (LaShawn) of Miami Beach, FL, Tony Burnett (Tiffany) of South Park, Adam Burnett (Becky) of Havertown, PA and David Burnett (Chelsea) of Smithton. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; and one great grandson.
In lieu of flowers, the family is suggesting donations to the funeral home to help defray the medical costs and funeral expenses.
