He was predeceased by: his parents, George Holomshek, Sr. and Mary Holomshek (Mellon); and his siblings, George Jr., John, Frank, Charles, Carl Holomshek, Ann Organ, Evelyn Bente, Sandra Wilson, Nancy Bone' and Alice Smith.
He is survived by: his wife Janice Holomshek (Chiesi); his children, Nicholas C. Holomshek (Denise) and Suzanne Downer (William); his grandchildren, Alexandra, Zachary, Blayne, Ariann Downer, Kristy, Stephen and Nicholas M. Holomshek; his great grandchildren, R. J. Theakston, Cora and Kian Holomshek; and his brother Paul Holomshek (Diane). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
The family suggests that everyone wear a mask, but not required.
