She was predeceased by: her parents, William Werner and Grace Werner (Gephart); her husband John Fabian; her daughters, Lori Lee and Maria; and her siblings, William, Mildred Arico, Charles, Wilbert, Paul, Ralph and Oleda Shoemaker.
She is survived by: her children, Melissa Fabian (Jules Yancey) and Warren Fabian (Keri); her grandsons, Shane Fabian and Zachary Fabian (Shayna); her great grandchild Eli; and her brother James Werner. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
