She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Kelly and Ann Kelly (Reed); and her brother Mark Kelly. She is survived by: her husband Arthur H. Hoak Jr.; her children, Arthur H. Hoak III (Jennifer) of West Newton and Amie Lash (Robin) of West Newton; her grandchildren, Ashlyn Phillips (Shaun), Kaelin Hoak, Larry Gould, Alyson Hoak, Arthur H. Hoak IV, Austin Lash and Annie Shackelford; her siblings, Robert Kelly (Diane), Karen Deklinski (Joe), Gerald Kelly and James Kelly (Tina); and her sister-in-law Wendy Hoak.
A memorial service was held on Friday, September 27th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the James C. Stump Funeral Home Inc. (580 Circle Dr, Belle Vernon, PA 15012).
