She is survived by: her children, James Eric Hertzog (Sherri) and Krista Hertzog Snider (Michael); and her grandchildren, Mathew Hertzog (Kelly), Elizabeth Hertzog (Tyler), Sam Hertzog (Amber), Talitha Hertzog, Kristopher Madison (Jennifer), Jonathan Madison (Samantha), Jessica Madison Didcoct (Mark), Raegan Hertzog and Jaime Hubbard Burks (Wes).
