Blair of West Newton, Pennsylvania, born in Vandergrift, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 13, 2021, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Tabor and Dora Blair, Sr. (Fink); his wife Eleanor L. Blair (Stewart); and his brothers, Charles L. Blair and Oscar Tabor Blair, Jr..
He is survived by: his children, Connie D. and Kevin D. Blair (Ana); his grandchildren, Tiffany A. Stewart (Tim) of Los Angeles, CA, Kyle C. Blair of Columbus, OH and Logan K. Blair of Davis, CA; and his great grandchild Jack Stewart of Los Angeles, CA..
