She was predeceased by: her parents, Eno Tuomi and Helen Tuomi (Randall); her husband John Andrew Zapp; and her brothers, David and Donald Tuomi.
She is survived by: her children, Kathleen Zapp (Michael Lapcevic), Valerie DeSantis (Clayton), John Zapp (Valerie) and Mark Zapp (Tiffani); her nieces, Candy Glover and Diane Rimkus; her sister-in-law Joanne Tuomi; and her pet Lexi. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren.
