She was predeceased by: her parents, James S. Myers and Nettie O. Myers (Zufall); her husband Winfield Lee Haines; and her siblings, Olive L. Shaffer, Elma J. Kurtz, Thelma Mae Myers, Cora Jeane Hribal, Mary I. Andrews, Earl R. Myers and William J. Myers.
She is survived by: her children, Howard L. Haines, Sharon D. Tedesco (James) and Gloria D. Haines; her grandchildren, Zachary S. Haines, Cindy R. Manski (Andy), Rachel E. Tedesco and Sarah L. Springer (Todd); her sister Donna J. Bair; and her sister-in-law Mary Alice Brightwell (Marie Hustek). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
