He is survived by: his brother Andrew Husok (Colleen) of Elizabeth Township; his nephews, Josh Husok (Chara) and Jeremy (Allison); his children, Ashlynn, Brooklynn, Brinley and Aubrey Husok; his granddaughter Brandi Husok; his brother Edward Husok of Lincoln Borough; his nephew James Husok; his brother David Husok (Karolyn) of White Oak; his nieces, Tiffany Husok and Tabatha Rush (Joe); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Joey, McKenna and Jackson.
