He is survived by: his parents, Amy Craig (Scott Rodabaugh) of West Newton and George Millward of West Newton; his brother Matthew Lighthall of Monessen; and his aunts, Linda McGregor (Dale) of Greensburg and Pamela Craig (Doug Rossetti) of West Newton.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions to the funeral home to help with funeral costs.
