He is survived by: his wife Donna D Bergman (Lynn); his daughters, Jennifer Burfield (Bill) and Melissa Bergman; his stepson Joseph Arnold; his grandchildren, William, Alexis, Brittany, Krysta, Breanna, Madelyn and Heather; his great grandchildren, Gracie, Lydia, Sage, Elias and Axel; and his siblings, Peggy D Coffer (John), Linda E Hulyk (Nick), Donna J Bergman, Tamara J Aitken (Bart), John E Bergman (Ting) and Debra S Carse (Jesse). He is also survived by five nephews, four nieces, and many great and second great nephews and nieces.
